  1. Contents of the On-line Presentation

The Author does not in any way guarantee the up-to-dateness, correctness, comprehensiveness, or quality of the provided information. To all intents and purposes, the Author may in no event be held responsible for damage, whether material or non-material, that results from the utilisation or or non-utilisation of the information presented, or from the utilisation of erroneous or incomplete information, unless the Author can be proved to have acted intentionally or by gross negligence. All offers are subject to change and without obligation. The Author expressly reserves the right to change, to complement, to delete individual pages or the entire presentation without explicit prior notice, or to suspend or discontinue the presentation.

  2. Links and Indications

Where direct or indirect links are given toward other internet pages, which are not under the Author's responsibility, the Author may be held responsible only in the case that their contents are known to the Author and that it would be technically possible and acceptable for the Author to ensure that their utilisation, in the event of unlawful contents, is blocked. The Author herewith expressly declares that at the moment of establishing the link the linked pages were free of unlawful content. The current and future design, contents and authoring of the linked or indicated pages are not under the Author's responsibility. Accordingly, the Author herewith expressly distances themselves from any contents in the linked or indicated pages that were changed after the moment of establishing the link. The above holds for any and all links and indications both within the own internet presentation and established by visitors in any guestbooks, discussion groups, and mailing lists proposed by the Author. Solely the person having published the page toward which a link has been established, yet not the person merely making this published page accessible via a link, may be held liable for unlawful, erroneous, or incomplete content and, in particular, for such damage as may result from the utilisation or non-utilisation of the thus presented information.

  3. Copyright and Brandnames

The Author endeavours to respect in all publications the copyright for the graphics, audio documents, video sequences, and texts used and to publish graphics, audio documents, video sequences, and texts of his own making or to use graphics, audio documents, video sequences, and texts available free of licensing. All brandnames and trademarks mentioned in the internet presentation and potentially protected by third parties are so without limitation under the provisions of the applicable laws and rules in matters of branding and ownership for their respective owners. The mere mention made of them must not lead to drawing the conclusion that they are not protected by third parties' rights. The copyright for published objects that were designed by the Author remains exclusively with the Author of the pages. No reproduction or use of such graphics, audio documents, video sequences, and texts is permitted in other electronic or printed publications without the express prior written consent from the Author.
