Welding and traceability data recording at almost no effort at all

As an optional upgrade, full data capture and welding report generation are available for Hürner's machines of the Manual series. They can be fitted effortlessly with Report Generation Systems of the SPG series.

 

Hürner Manual with SPG

For a classic Manual machine, a SPG unit means that it is given a welding monitoring system which at the same time enables intuitive input of welding parameters and traceability data and records the welding process to a report that is easily transmitted to a PC, a printer or a storage media.

 

Using a dedicated support bracket, the SPG unit is simply set on top of the hyraulic box of the Manual machine and is then connected to it. Manual machines are available in frame sizes of the basic machine ranging from 160 mm (with reducers down to 40 mm) to 1200 mm. The add-on SPG unit brings the power of the following, fundamental functions to the machine (see the presentation of the Hürner Report Generation Units for a detailed overview of its functionalities.
